HANYANG ePTFE POLYTOP SEAL® (Joint Sealant)

Expanded PT.F.E. POLYTOP SEAL® is the product developed through special expansion of 100% Poly Tetra Fluoro
Ethylene. It is soft and resilient for maximised sealing effect but also the satisfactory maintenance of creeping property
even in harsh environments such as heat, cold，chemicals, shock and vibration etc., which has supplemented all drawbacks
of gaskets. Also, the products come in oval, circular and square shapes.

- Materials； Glass, Plastic, FRP, Ceramic and steel etc,
- Flanges； All type of flange, large and complex geometries
- Components； Expansion joints, pipeline, pumps, machine housing，apparatus, hand and manholes

  • Melting Point : 327℃
  • Application Temp : -230 ~ 260℃
  • Application Pressure : Gas 20 kg/㎠  (280 PSI , Liquid 50 kg/㎠ (700PSI)
  • Elongation  : 20 〜 30%
  • Tensile Strength : 1.40 kgf/㎟  (2,000 PSI)
  • Chemical Resistance : Resistant to all type of chemicals (except melted alkali metals and fluorine)
  • Compressibility : 70% ± 5
  • PH range : 0 ~ 14
