Shipping Policy

WowToolz is operated by E.N.G ONE Co., Ltd. All orders are shipped from our facility in Siheung-si, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea.

Where we ship

We ship internationally to most countries. If we are unable to deliver to your destination, we will contact you before processing the order.

Carriers and delivery time

Orders are shipped by international express courier (FedEx or DHL). Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the weight of your order. The estimated delivery time for each shipping option is shown at checkout.

In-stock items are normally dispatched within a few business days of payment. If an item requires sourcing from the manufacturer, we will inform you of the expected lead time by email.

Import duties, taxes and fees

Prices and shipping charges on this website do not include import duties, taxes (such as VAT or GST) or customs clearance fees in the destination country. Orders are shipped on DAP (Delivered at Place) terms: any such charges are assessed by the destination country's customs authority, collected by the carrier from the recipient, and are the responsibility of the customer.

Many countries, including the United States, no longer exempt low-value shipments from import duties. If you would like an estimate of the total landed cost before ordering, please contact us at info@wowtoolz.com.

Shipments refused at delivery because of unpaid duties or fees will be returned to us. Return shipping costs and any charges incurred will be deducted from any refund.

Order tracking

When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become available. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at info@wowtoolz.com with your name and order number.

P.O. Boxes and forwarding addresses

Express couriers cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes; please provide a street address. If you use a freight forwarder, any duties and fees charged at the forwarder's location are the customer's responsibility.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order on arrival. If an item is damaged, defective or incorrect, email us at info@wowtoolz.com as soon as possible with your order number and photos.
