Return requests
You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order. To start a return, email info@wowtoolz.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return and the reason. Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged and in its original packaging, with all accessories, manuals and documentation included.
The following items cannot be returned unless they are defective or incorrect:
- Items specially ordered or sourced from the manufacturer for your order
- Items that have been installed, wired, modified or used
- Items with opened or damaged sealed packaging, where the packaging is required for resale
Returns for change of mind
For approved returns that are not due to our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping, and a restocking fee of 15% of the item price applies. Original shipping charges and any import duties, taxes or fees paid at the destination are non-refundable.
Defective, damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us within 7 days of delivery if an item is defective, damaged in transit or not what you ordered, with your order number and photos. If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund of the item price, and we will cover the return shipping cost. No restocking fee applies.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, less any applicable restocking fee. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled free of charge before they are dispatched. Items specially ordered from the manufacturer cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed with the manufacturer. If an order has already shipped, it will be handled as a return under this policy.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, please return the original item under this policy and place a new order for the item you need.
