It is a handy circle cutter that can drill holes of Φ40 to 300 mm. 

It is a sharp ultra-strong blade with a blade thickness of 1 mm, which can handle various drillings from paper to plywood. 
For remodeling work such as craft making and cloth, carpet using cardboard, plywood. 

When not in use, it is a safety design that can store the blade and center pin in the body. 
With 4 blades (1 is the main unit, 3 are stored in the grip). 
Be sure to use it clockwise (clockwise).
