Match shaft diameter and hub bore, such as 8 x 22, and tighten to the specified torque. Do not lubricate contact surfaces unless instructed.
A keyless locking device, or shaft locking bushing, clamps a hub to a shaft using tapered rings and screws, without a key. It gives a strong, zero-backlash connection for gears, pulleys and sprockets.
