Dispatch
Most items ship from our warehouse in Gyeonggi-do, Korea within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order and special items are marked on the product page with their lead time.

Carrier & transit
All orders ship by FedEx International Priority with door-to-door tracking. Typical transit after dispatch: USA & Canada 2–4 business days · Europe 2–5 · Southeast Asia 1–3 · Middle East 3–5.

Shipping cost
Calculated at checkout by weight and destination. 

Prices exclude import duties and VAT/GST at destination. These are collected by FedEx before delivery and vary by country and product. Where available, an estimate is shown at checkout.

Bulky & heavy items
Ladders, granite plates, machinery and other oversized items are quoted separately — use the bulk quote form.
