Q. How long does shipping take?
Most items dispatch within 1–3 business days, then FedEx Priority: USA 2–4 days, Europe 2–5, Southeast Asia 1–3. Tracking is emailed on dispatch.
Q. Do prices include duties and taxes?
No. Import duties and VAT/GST are charged by FedEx before delivery and depend on your country. Where available, an estimate is shown at checkout.
Q. Can I return an item?
Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is at the buyer's cost; made-to-order and cut-to-length items are non-returnable. See our refund policy for details.
