OSG Hand Tap (HSS) No. 2
A hand tap for cutting internal threads by hand with a tap wrench, or in light machine use. Used in maintenance, fitting and repair work, often supplied in taper, plug and bottoming types or as a set.

- Start with the taper (No.1) tap, then follow with plug or bottoming taps as needed.
- Use a tap wrench and keep the tap square to the hole.
