Description
Check the full insert code and grade against your cutter body, because look-alike inserts may not seat correctly.
DINE Coated Milling Insert
A coated milling insert is a replaceable carbide cutting tip with a hard surface coating, fitted into milling cutter bodies. The coating raises wear resistance and heat tolerance, and inserts are used on machining centers for face, shoulder and profile milling.
Key Features
- Insert code (such as APMT1605) must match the cutter body pocket
- Grade code indicates the coating and intended material group
- Replace worn or chipped inserts promptly
- Sold per pack; check the pack count
