Description

SHIMPO Tachometer DT-105A/DT-107A

Hand tachometers read shaft and belt speed — contact types ride on the shaft end, non-contact types read a reflective mark from a distance.

Available Sizes

  • 0.1–25000 r/min (DT-105A)
  • 0.1–25000 r/min (DT-107A)

Key Features

  • Contact heads reach the shaft centre; non-contact reads from where it is safe to stand
  • Non-contact needs a reflective mark on the rotating part
  • Combined models carry both heads, so one instrument covers the whole plant

About SHIMPO

SHIMPO of Kyoto has made rotation and force measuring instruments since 1952; its tachometers and digital force gauges are standard on Japanese production lines. The maker is now Nidec Drive Technology, but the instruments are still sold worldwide under the SHIMPO name.
