HIOKI Digital Insulation Resistance Tester IR4051-10
An insulation tester applies a DC test voltage and measures the leakage through the insulation. It is the instrument that says whether a cable or winding is safe to energise.

Key Features
- Test voltage must match the circuit rating — 500 V for most installation work
