Description
Electrical: 220V 60Hz (Korean standard). In 100–120V countries this unit needs a step-up transformer rated above its power draw. It is not dual-voltage and cannot be rewired. Plug type is Korean/European CEE 7 — an adapter is not a substitute for a transformer.
DAIHAN Scientific Magnetic Stirrer MS-20A
A magnetic stirrer spins a coated bar in the vessel through the plate, so nothing enters the liquid but the bar itself — no shaft, no seal, no contamination path.

- Coupling weakens with vessel thickness and viscosity; heavy media need an overhead unit
- Ramp the speed up rather than starting at maximum, or the bar will throw
