HANDO Vernier Caliper, Nib Jaw
A vernier caliper measures outside, inside, depth and step dimensions by reading a vernier scale engraved on the beam. Its mechanical scale needs no battery, so it suits shop floors, maintenance workshops and field work. Large-format versions are used for long shafts, plates and fabricated parts.

- Check zero with the jaws closed, then read both the main and vernier scales
- Large models need two hands and a gentle touch to avoid beam deflection
- Do not use the jaw tips for scribing or prying
