OPT Ratchet Cable Cutter
A ratchet cable cutter shears cable in several small ratcheting strokes, so a modest hand force can cut conductors that would be hard to cut with plain pliers. Electricians and linemen use it on copper and aluminum power cable, and some models also cut steel wire.
