Description
Check whether you want manual or automatic winding. Automatic types are faster, but manual ones are simpler and often cheaper to maintain.
SHINWA Ink Pot Marking Line, Self-Stop
An ink pot marking line is a carpenter's tool with an ink reservoir and a line wound on a reel. The line passes through the ink and, when pulled taut and snapped, leaves a straight mark on timber and boards. It is used for layout and cutting lines.
Key Features
- Line is inked as it is pulled out of the pot
- Manual types are wound by hand; automatic types rewind themselves
- Refill with marking ink when the lines fade
- Pull taut and snap straight for a clean line
