Overview
The CKD 3QV is a quick valve, also called a quick exhaust valve, that allows a cylinder to exhaust directly at the cylinder port rather than back through the directional valve. This shortens exhaust time and raises cylinder speed. It is used on fast-cycle cylinders, presses and stamping equipment where response time matters.
