This Tsubaki PX lock pulley is an aluminum P5M pulley for 15 mm belts with an integrated S-type keyless lock. Aluminum reduces inertia for fast-moving axes, and the lock allows easy mounting and positioning. It is used in high-speed positioning and automation equipment. Flanged versions keep the belt tracking.
