Overview
The TSUBAKI chain tensioner automatically maintains correct tension on roller chain drives. A spring-loaded arm presses an idler sprocket or shoe against the chain, taking up slack as the chain elongates. This reduces vibration, noise and wear, and extends chain life in drives where center distance cannot be adjusted.
