Description
SMC AR20K-02BG-D — AR-D series modular regulator, Rc 1/4 port, with a built-in check valve that lets downstream air escape when the supply is cut. The D series is the current generation, replacing the discontinued AR(K)-B.

Features of the D series
- Reshaped handle — easier to grip when releasing the lock
- Choice of gauge: square embedded gauge, round gauge, or digital pressure switch
- Panel mount compatible with the earlier AR(K)-B series; brackets and set nuts are common to both generations
Thread code: 02 or F02
Both are 1/4" bodies, but the thread differs — 02 is Rc (tapered, the usual choice in Korea and Japan) and F02 is G (parallel, common in Europe). They are not interchangeable in the same fitting, so check the thread on the unit being replaced before ordering.
Replacing an AR(K)-B unit
The D series is the direct successor to the AR(K)-B, discontinued by SMC in March 2025. Panel mounting, brackets and set nuts carry over, so an existing installation usually takes the new unit without rework. Tell us the old code and we will confirm the matching D specification.

Order by the full code AR20K-02BG-D. The K marks the reverse flow function, 02 the port thread, and BG the bracket and round gauge. The AR20K-F02BE-D (G thread, embedded gauge) and AR30K-03BG-D (3/8") are available in the same family.
