SMC CDUKW16-25D — CUKW series free mount cylinder, ø16 bore with 25 mm stroke, double acting with a rod at both ends, non-rotating, magnet fitted. The body bolts directly from several faces, so no mounting bracket is needed.

Non-rotating rod
A standard round rod can turn in its bearing, which is fine for pushing but not for carrying a tool, a gripper or a sensor that has to stay pointed the same way. The K version uses a profiled rod that cannot rotate, so whatever is mounted on the end keeps its orientation through the whole stroke without an external guide.
Double rod and free mounting
With a rod at both ends the piston stays square under an off-centre load, and the second rod gives a place to mount a stop or a sensor dog. The free mount body carries tapped holes on several faces, so it bolts straight onto whatever surface the machine offers — on a retrofit into an existing frame that often decides whether the cylinder fits at all.

Small tool and gripper actuation, indexing pins, and any short move where the end fitting must not twist.
