OVERVIEW

The CK1 series is a clamp cylinder available in two styles of clevis widths *. It is a non-lube, compact, lightweight cylinder with a built-in speed controller. Gaiters are unnecessary because a heavy-duty coil scraper is provided as a countermeasure against spatters. The CK1 is available in 3 bore sizes with stroke lengths up to 150mm. Options include rod attachments and auto-switch capabilities.

Reduced overall tube length by 7mm (in case of CKP1□40)
Easy speed adjustment with screw adjustment structure
The speed controller valve does not protrude from the outer tube.
Possible to attach magnetic field resistant auto switch in 3 directions
Compatible with D-P3DW and D-P4DW (CKG1)
Supports D-P79WSE and D-P74L/Z
Supports spatter-resistant cylinders for arc welding (-XC88/-XC89/-XC91) (CKG1 only)
