SMC CQ2A20-30DM — CQ2 Z series compact cylinder, ø20 bore with 30 mm stroke, double acting single rod. The A mounting gives tapped holes at both ends, so the cylinder can be bolted from either face without a bracket.

About the CQ2 Z series
- Lineup from ø4 to ø200, with ø4, ø6 and ø10 recently added
- 5 to 13% lighter than the previous CQ2 generation
- Auto switches mount on four faces (two faces on ø12 to ø25) and sit flush, with no projection outside the body
- Double clevis brackets and a compact foot bracket are available

Mounting: A or B
Both bodies are identical inside. The A type is tapped at both ends for bolting directly to a plate or bracket; the B type has through holes for a bolt passing right through the body. Pick the one that matches the existing fixture — the two are not interchangeable once the plate is drilled.
