At the top of the stroke range
150 mm is a long travel for a ø32 compact cylinder, and the rod is extended well beyond what the internal bearing was sized for. Keep the load on the cylinder axis — a floating joint at the rod end, or an external guide if the load is offset. Where the load cannot be aligned, a guided cylinder such as the MGP series is the more appropriate choice.
Why the rubber bumper version
A compact cylinder has no air cushion. Over 150 mm the piston builds real momentum before it reaches the end cover, so the bumpers matter — they absorb the impact and extend the life of the cylinder.
