Flow against size
Driving a ø160 cylinder normally calls for a physically large valve, and on a crowded manifold that decides the width of the whole block. The VQC4000 delivers that flow from a body small enough to sit alongside the smaller stations, so one manifold can serve both the big press cylinder and the clamps around it.
IP67 and cycle life
IP67 means the valve tolerates washdown and dust, so the manifold can be mounted on the machine rather than inside a sealed cabinet. At 100 million cycles the valve outlasts most of the mechanics it drives, which matters on indexing lines firing several times a second.
Control options
The VQC series supports a wide range of control interfaces — individual wiring, serial transmission and fieldbus units — so the same valve body fits whichever control scheme the machine uses.

Order by the full code VQC4101-51. Coil voltage, pilot type and manifold interface are all in the code. Plug-in valves need a matching base — tell us the station count, control type and IP rating and we will quote the manifold with the valves.
