Plug lead construction
The coil and its lead form a plug that connects to the valve body rather than being wired into it. A failed coil is replaced without disturbing the valve or the piping, and the same body can take a different voltage by changing the lead — useful on a machine that moves between markets.
Mixing 3-port and 5-port
The VQZ manifold accepts 3-port and 5-port valves on the same aluminium block, so single acting and double acting cylinders can be driven from one manifold instead of two. DIN rail mounting is available on all base sizes.
The X113 suffix
X-codes are made-to-order specifications rather than catalogue options, so this variant is built against a specific requirement — often a seal material, a voltage or a port arrangement outside the standard range. Lead time is longer than for a catalogue valve, and the code must be matched exactly when reordering; a standard VQZ3151 will not necessarily do the same job.
