This is a hand-tool socket; use impact-rated sockets on impact wrenches.
A 1" square-drive 6-point socket for large hex nuts and bolts on heavy equipment, trucks and steel structures. The 6-point opening grips the flats of the fastener to reduce rounding under high torque.
