SAFETY INFORMATION |

• Always choose the right drive when working with ratchet. Use of small drive on tasks that require heavy turning can cause tool failure or bodily injury and vice versa.
• Always pull the tools toward you. Do not push.
• Always maintain ratchet on a regular basis. Dirt tends to build up over time in the ratchet head and if not cleaned properly, it can cause malfunction and possibly break breakage.
• Do not use damaged or worn sockets or accessories.
• Do not use hand socket or accessories on impact tools or power tools.
• Do not apply excessive force when using reducers to avoid tightening the fastener.
• Do not use ratchets as levers or as hammers.
• Do not use pipes or other extensions to increase leverage on the ratchet or hinge handle. Doing so exposes a sudden breakage and can result in bodily injury.
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Your only obligation is the freight charge and stocking fee where applicable, provided your return is complete with original packaging, all documentation, warranty cards, cables etc. Wowtoolz reserves the right to authorize product returns after 30 days have passed from the invoice date. If the product is accepted after this period, it is subject to a 15% restocking fee and credit will be issued toward future purchases only.
