The handle insulation material fulfills the requirements of IEC 900 and EN-60900 as far as it is concerned.
Every IREGA 92-1000V adjustable wrench undergoes a HIGH VOLTAGE TEST, according to EN-60900 Standard, equivalent to IEC-900, and consists of a 10,000V charge for 10 seconds, after which there should be no damage to the handle.
The three "Plastisol" layers in different colors allow the user to easily check the condition of the insulation.
• Inasmuch as the "Plastisol" maintains the red color throughout the entire surface.
• When Orange color appears at some area, but safety is to be full and guaranteed, the user must be Cautious as natural wearing has started.
• As soon as possible, install the adjustable wrench as a safety tool for electrical installations, and replace it for a new one.
• There is a fourth black layer (without electrical insulation properties) at the bottom of the handle, aimed to provide extra protection against falls, knocks, etc ... on that area.

The adjustable wrenches with insulated handle can not be standardized, given that knurl that drives the opening / closing, is not insulated.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If you are not satisfied with a product, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. A refund may be arranged excluding freight charges upon inspection. Returned merchandise is also must be shipped in original packaging, freight prepaid, unused, and in resalable condition. Returned merchandise is also subject to a 15% restocking fee. Wowtoolz inspects all returns and reserves the right to refuse credits on damaged, used, or non-resalable items. Your only obligation is the freight charge and stocking fee where applicable, provided your return is complete with original packaging, all documentation, warranty cards, cables etc. Wowtoolz reserves the right to authorize product returns after 30 days have passed from the invoice date. If the product is accepted after this period, it is subject to a 15% restocking fee and credit will be issued toward future purchases only.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable for all returns. The customer may also be responsible for return shipping charges, insurance, and shipment tracking for returned merchandise. For certain returns, UPS Shipping Labels are provided. Please note that while shipping labels may be issued for your convenience, return shipping charges may be incurred depending on the reason(s) for the return request. If an order ships prior to the cancellation request, the customer is responsible for any freight charges incurred.
