K-330 Packing Cutter

It is a handy cutter that can adjust packings and gaskets of various widths by adjusting two blades. 
It can also be used as a drilling tool for thin veneers etc. 

The blade is a sharp blade polished by a craftsman one at a time, and the handle is a warm wooden. 
The adjustment of the blade can be done by loosening the prick screw and sliding the dial plate without using any tools.
