This normally open 2-port solenoid valve from the CKD Multirex range opens a flow path when de-energized and closes it when the coil is powered. Pilot operation uses line pressure to move the main diaphragm or piston, allowing large orifices to be handled by a small coil. It is applied to air, water and other compatible fluids in utility lines and process equipment.
